How do I add a new debit card for Instant Transfers?

Add a new debit card

  1. Tap “Profile” on the Outgo App or tap “Balance and Transactions” on web.
  2. Go to the section labeled “My linked accounts and cards” and tap the “Add” button beside it. 
  3. Select “+ Add your debit card” 
  4. Enter your card details. 
  5. You’ll be redirected to verify the new debit card details. The card must match the owner of the Outgo account. 
  6. Tap “Submit
  7. The new debit card will be added to your list of available cards when you tap "Instant Transfer".

Card eligibility

You can only transfer funds to a debit card that matches the user’s information that setup the Outgo account. When you link an external debit card, a verification process will ensure that the name on the external debit card matches this name. You’ll get an error if the name does not match. Instant Transfer to other individuals or non-owned accounts is not supported at this time.
