The real traditional cuisine, updated version, comes to life in Batinse in three dishes of our heritage: the tourtière, the stew of legs and the Chinese pâté. These “ancestral” dishes are joined by “memouiches” - in everyday language, sandwiches - and “pis le reste”, namely dishes and several starters where Quebec products, more than an old-fashioned know-how, stand out. These include, for example, maple buccaned salmon, tea steak, duck breast with juniper, and buccaned herring salad. Cocktails are also in the spotlight with an original and breathtaking menu!
